Exercise bike and weight training?

Should I bike first or lift dumbbells first? How much rest between the two?

What weight exercises should I do and how many times? How long between weight exercises?

I bike for about 25 minutes.
 
Bike first, it'll get your heart pumping and you'll fly through the weight lifting part. I do the elliptical for about 15-25 min and then do weights after and it feels fantastic.

No point in doing those weights if your cardio isn't up :)
 
If you are just warming up on the bike, then 5 minutes is okay first. But better to lift weights first, then bike if you are biking for more than 10 minutes. Biking will deplete your energy for weight lifting. While weight lifting will still allow you to bike. Ideal rest is one day, but if it is the same day, just a few minutes to stay warmed up, and drink water.
