A askme New member Apr 16, 2010 #1 I need some reaaaally good toning exercises to tone thighs and glutes but also i have a bad knee so i dont know if i can squats and lunges and all that.. Oh i forgot to mention. i dont know how to swim and there's no nearby pool either.
