I am in my teens and i am trying to get in shape for summer. I am an average weight, not overwieght, but i would like to flatten my tummy. There is a little flab but not really and it is really annoying me and i dont want to go on any crazy diets or anything, i eat healthy and proportioned i just want to know how to get it flat. I used to run 6 times a week for about an hour for about 4-5 miles but i stopped due to hw and i want to start again. What exercises would anyone recommend other than running and cardio to get flat and toned, please be specific or use videos. PLEEASEE AND THANK YOU
