Exercise and pregnancy?

I am approximately 5 1/2 months pregnant and time has flown by so fast that I have not been faithful to my exercise routine. Lately its been "O I will do it tomorrow" or "yea, I will walk the neighborhood this weekend" and guess what, it doesnt happen. I was not concerned the first trimester but now I am getting a little worried. I am not having weight problems and in fact am doing pretty good at a total gain of 11 lbs. I know I should exercise, or atleast walk around the neighborhood, but I am procrastinating bigtime! All I want to do is sleep. I am trying my hardest to get my butt in gear while I still can and I am hoping that will be enough for the 3 1/2 months I have left. What I want to know is, what is the most popular form of pre-natal exercise along with any video recommendations that I can do at home (I have zero time to go to an exercise class). Also, if its not too personal to ask I would like to know the difference between the women who have exercised and what they did and how long they did this during their pregnancie versus the women who waited til the last minute (unfortunately like myself) or have not exercised period and how each labor was affected? Was it easier, harder, about the same with exercise vs. no exercise or is it just something that is preferred by doctors we do to stay active to make it easier afterwards??? Any feedback or opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
Tyna
