About a year ago I started exercising somewhat vigorously and dieting to lose weight. I have lost about 75 pounds and am finding it relatively easy to stick to the diet.
But my legs hurt all the time. I do mostly recumbent exercise bike machine. I do about 40 minutes roughly three times a week. I used to do it at fairly high resistance, but I have backed off, because the muscles just won't stop hurting. I even stopped exercising at all for about two weeks to see if they would EVER stop hurting but they don't.
...any clues about what might be going on? I am about 50 if that helps at all.
