Exercise agenda for a 14 year old boy?

Okay, Here it goes.
When I was around 8 or 9 years old I used to be extremely skinny. I turned into a couch potato and soon became.. er.. Chunky? I sat around on the computer and did nothing but eat junk food and drink all kinds of fattening drinks. I have recently started picking up on my diet, Eating strawberries and bananas instead of cream filled donuts and soda. I have been running, and at the local gym on Sunday I did 200 crunches, Benched, and got in the Sauna. (By the way, I didn't start doing anything until Sunday) Yesterday, I ran intervals (One minute running, One minute walking) for 15 minutes and tried some sit ups, but my abs were REALLY sore! Today I ran intervals again, (One minute running, One minute walking) for 20 minutes. I am really proud of myself, and I also gave up soft drinks and started drinking water. I want to lose weight mostly in the chest, stomach, and legs. I need an exercise agenda for a guy my age, (I am thirteen now but in 2 months I will be 14) and I am desperate to lose weight. I am 168.0 lbs and I really want to lose weight, and maybe get a muscled up chest and a six pack. Haha, Joke.

But anyways, Please list what exercises I should do on each day, and Thank you for helping.
If you have any questions I can edit the answer.
Also, I go running on my road. It is a mile to the end. I jogged and walked the whole time.
Oh and also I ate a salad and some sweet and sour chicken for lunch, and I came home and ate some tuna and a cinnamon roll... Then I went running and hopefully burned all that off.
