Okay, I'm a 14 y/o girl. I'm (apparently) at a healthy weight, but I've still got tons of excess fat and cellulite that I want to get rid of. I started exercising a while ago, and lost 10 pounds. I continued my routine, and gained about 5 pounds back! ???! I don't "diet" exactly, but I eat very little junk food and sugar, mostly nutritous foods. The warm weather is comming and I want to be able to wear a swimsuit this year and actually look good in it. My question is what kind of cheap-ish exercise equipment would be good and where can I get it? My price max is about $30.
I was thinking of an exercise bike and one of those small trampolines. I want to:
- lose all around body fat
- tone up a bit
- firm my chest and butt up a little
- gain a little bit of muscle
What would generally be a good routine for me and is there anything else I should do?
