late), during a snow storm? Please don't add anything about how weed is bad or anything, I really will just get the urge to do it more. I don't have my license yet but I can go outside. I have dogs but I really don't wanna be responsible for 2 dogs AND holding/lighting/packing the bowl.
I am 16 and am in VT and my mom is used to smoke before so she knows a lot and gets suspicious if I go outside for no reason...especially in a snow storm, haha
