A week ago I got a phone from Verizonwireless.com I got a contract plus the phone. I want to exchange it for another one I know i have to pay the $35 fee plus the price of the phne and my question is, instead of having to send the phone by mail can i go to a retail store near me and exchange it there instead of waiting few days to get the other one? I have the receipt and everything I just don't want to wait few days to get another one. Thank you for your answers
