Exchange account on Omnia via WiFi (Verizon)

I am currently in the need of a phone with WiFi that I can use to receive my Exchange email while away from a PC. I was wondering if this is possible with the Omnia, or if I would need to find another phone for this purpose.

I don't see any reason you wouldn't be able to connect to exchange, as long as the wifi connection you're using has permission to access the exchange server.

I should add that you would need a data plan on the omnia

Hm... I was unaware that Verizon required a data plan on smart phones. Some kind of new policy? Either way, that makes me sad.

if you need exchange, then you must get the higher level of data plan which's 44.99 instead of 29.99
