I am a 31 year old male and have had acne for 19 years.....enough is enough! I have incredibly oily skin and I am hesitant to take Accutane because of the nasty side effects. I have come across these two medications - Spironolactone and Cyproterone acetate. I see they are mainly geared towarRAB women. My question is, can men take these?
