Hey guys, So I have sweaty palms, most of the time. It is really embarrassing to touch anyone or shake hands. I don't really remember when it started but it been going on for a few years. It is weird though, because most of the time when they are sweating, my hands are really hot, not really cold like most people who have excessive sweaty hands have written. Also, my hands don't sweat when I am home in my room alone towards the later night, or when I wake up. Sometimes they won't sweat at all when I am places, but they sweat no matter the temperature, like I was driving this morning and it was freezing in my car before the heat kicked in, and my hands were already soaked.I was thinking I have palmar hyperhidrosis but I am not sure. I'd rather not see a doctor about it because it just such a hassle and I am an minor, so my mom would think it is stupid to go to the doctor for. Please if anyone could give me any help or advice or cures/solutions, anything, I would really appreciate it. I am miserable like this :[
