excessive physical exercise??

im on norflaxacin 400mg for chronic prostatitis at the moment, only on day 4 today of 6 weeks. i read in the leaflet that i should avoid 'excessive physical exercise' whilst on them. i just wondered what exactly does this mean? currently the only exercise i get is walking (which i do quite a bit at uni during the day), however tomorrow i am supposed to be playing 5-a-side football for 2 hours. usually i get quite worn out after a short while, so im wondering should i be playing? and why does it say not to do excessive exercise??

I believe it it because norfloxacin can cause tendon problems, so you don't want to do anything that's going to place additional strain on the tendons.

Running back and forth sounds like a lot of exercise. Walking is probably fine.
