I've had phlegm for a very long time. For years i've been coughing up, sneezing out, and methodically bringing out phlegm. I can force it out whenever i want and i usually am never empty. Occasionally I have even eaten it; when I was a child that was all I did, I never really spat out anything back then.
I am 16. I have never smoked anything and have no serious illnesses that i know of. My phlegm also comes out especially when i am outside playing basketball or jogging, but my allergies don't explain why i have it when i wake up, sleep, play video games, brush my teeth, take a piss, eat, drink, masturbate, or do my homework - maybe it does? i wouldn't know. all i know is that it's really annoying.
i also have to say that i feel my voice is affected in some way and maybe my breathing too. i do not breathe heavily but i noticed that when i talk, my actual voice seems to get overshadowed by seemingly heavy breathing.... i can't explain much of this very well; i'm worried this phlegm problem is bigger than what i imagined. i have never taken it seriously until a few months ago.
