hey guys, I suffer from ocd, mild tourettes syndroem(never diagnosed) and from time to time extream anxiety or panic attacks. For the past week I have going through the worst anxiety you could imagine. It deals with the knowledge that I have to suffer with this crap forever. This afternoon I actually started to feel a little better. But now that the anxiety is subsiding I feel so tired and have that excess adrenaline flowing in my body... Is it safe to exercise to get rid of it? I also wonder if anyone can relate, for the past 10 years I seem to get extream anxiety for like 1 to 2months at a time. Then it seems to disappate. But i realized that it always takes me awhile to get out of this horrible rutt. Does anyone else suffer from this and then get better for awhile. Thanks for listening. And we all so strong for taking this journey with anxiety....
