Excercise/Gym/Weight Question...?

Being going gym like everyday for 2-3 weeks (and 4 times a week for sure since february).
I burn about 800cals or more.
Ive lost some weight on my legs, and recently i feel very tired at gym...weak or exhausted.
Im assuming my workouts are too much for my body and decreased it to 600cals.

Any reasons why i feel "weak" and specifically flimsy at gym? (I do eat before i go, but wait about an hour n then work out).

(i eat about 1300-1600calories) plently of veg,fish and fruit and loooooots of water.

I want to stay motivated but for some reason im lacking energy and enthusiasm, help me :(
Also, I want to tone my thighs and stomache(because the rest of my body wont look so proportioned if i dont) .My waist is not huge but for some reason weight reduction there and on my hips and thighs has NEVER occured-any ideas why or what i can do.

Raulin funny u mention that...i cudnt sleep well the night before :s
slept at 5am but it was 7hrs minimum :)
