excel formulas, for business website product data sheet...help?

I am running my website, the product data sheet from my supplier has about 1000 products that need to be updated daily with my websites data sheet for changing prices, etc.

what are some formulas for 2 main things, and then others.

first being....update products by product number with new prices.

2cd being ... add new products to stores data sheet.
