Example Army Airborne PT workout?

What would a typical morning PT workout look like for people training in the 82nd Airborne or 101st Air Assault Division look like? Also, how about the SEALS?
 
push-ups, sit-ups and six mile run.
elevated push-ups or elevated sit-ups. you can youtube the navy seals workout. At Bragg most units run six miles. sorry. You can do a round robin. Or a ruck march with how many pounds you want to do.
