My ex- husband has an illegal business and does not report any taxes at all... He is well off and receives government benefits. He is very sketchy in paying child support for my two children. I have been in court with him for 14 yrs. and never got him in trouble in this context...
He has not been paying child support lately and so I have begun working with the IRS.
I will not get into the info. that I provided, but suffice it to say that he has ALWAYS underestimated me... He also never gets rattled until he's about to be thrown into the slammer.
What will The IRS likely be doing from here on? Also, if you have any other ideas on how to "get" this *** I'd really appreciate your input... Again, he lives the high life...
