Ex girlfriend asked me to delete photos of her? should I?

the girl took the photos while we were together. we aren't together anymore. she's 19. she doesn't want me having the photos anymore, because we aren't together. it came from her cell phone, I forwarded them to my email. she asked me to delete the photos. I said they are old and who cares? she said she was going to tell the police I forwarded them to my email and showed some to my friends. she also said she was telling her parents and the police I threatened to post them online. should I delete her pictures? its been over 5 months since I talked to her about this, and no police knocked at my door!
