loan-who's responsible to remove? Car is in both names (registration) but insured in my name. I have been the sole driver of the car since purchasing it. I have made ALL payments. Ex does not want his name associated with loan. His responsibility to have his name taken off? I work bankers hrs and the bank is out of town....he works 2nd shift and can do it. The car loan is paid up to date and I will continue to pay since I need a car. HELP!
