I do owe some money but not all of what he is asking.
I can not pay the full sum as i am unemployed. I would like to pay each month but the sum would have to be small and he may not agree to this.I have not seen any prof yet and so do i go down the road of fighting it with more costs.
What powers do the courts have to get the sum of money if i do not have the funds to pay it.
To make matters a bit more difficult i am in another country at the moment and there is a very short time period to get this resolved. Thank you
