Evo Cricket Solution Issues

I have To0's CricKet EVO solution. I am having some issues with the Rom. It seems that I do not have full Root access. Every root needing program that I install says that it does not have access to root. I checked through adb shell and I CAN "su" without being denied, seems odd to me. Is busybox not installed in the rom?

PS: This rom is android 2.1
 
I would start by contacting To0 privately. Then if that doesn't help start digging around for the specific ROM because 'This rom is android 2.1" doesn't provide much info for anyone to help you with.
But like I said contact To0, if you purchased it from him he'll offer the support.
