I have a niece who has fallen upon some hard times(she lost her job), she just moved to georgia and now she is struggling to pay her bills and take care of her little ones, she has been unable to pay her rent for February and march so I offered for her and her kids to come and stay in my guest house, but here is the problem it won't be ready for her until the 15th of march and she is afraid that the complex she lives in has already filed for eviction and they will show up on her door step giving her 2 hours to get out. She lives in a really nice apartment home community and they have that thing where you can pay your rent online and she signed up for auto pay when she moved in, and forgot about it when he lost her job so her checks were bouncing(4), I would like to know if anyone knows about the eviction process in gwinnett county georgia and do you think that they have filled charges for the bounced checks? Don't they have to summons her to court first before they can just put her out?
