I am not overtrained, I ride 5-10 hours a week and most of it is base riding, except for spin class mon&thurs. My team is relying on me but they only think I need to warm up better by getting my heartrate way up. This doesn't help at all, I feel like I can't pedal with full potential, I am always held back although minorly able to stay in groups. I am 16, and have been riding road for 2 years going on 3rd (second competitive year). I have big plans for Ontario Cup racing in the spring and this is a huge problem.
