tell me what i need to know on how to get a car in MY name once i turn 18?(cuplemonths)
My mom keeps telling me all i need is a job and be 18 and it can be done..

and my dad says i need to have a job at least a year, so my credit will build? but i already had a job a full year ,last year but i quit it. and am no longer employed, but planning on getting a job in a few weeks.
so i dont know.

i want to go to an actual dealership, fill out all the crap and get the car that i want.
i was wondering if it would be possible for me to get into a brand new car in my name from a dealership, and pay monthly on it.
would they allow me to get one if i only had a recent job for about 5 months? because im planning on getting a job in a few weeks and i turn 18 in about 5-6 months.
would i even have any credit? is my mom and dad right?/// ask for more info if you need.
