everyday minerals flat top brush, recent purchase/density?

I want to know from people who have purchased this brush within the last 6 months or so, if it's still a dense brush.

I was reading something and someone said that they compared it to another brush bought like a year ago and it wasn't as dense and as soft.

can someone verify or just give me their opinion?
I don't want airbrush make-up, ty.
