i have been to passport seva kender for tatkaal passport. they asked for annexure F and when i told them i have the documents of paragraph B (pancard, D/L and bank passbook.) They said rules are changed long time back now it is mandatory to carry annexure F even if u have these documents.
My question is if it is so then why not it is updated in their site which still show as optional. How can an individual apply for Tatkaal passport
