Every day is exactly the same...

Every FUCKING day I wake up to the same reality; nothing ever changes. I just can't stand it anymore. When I was about ten, I ventured to be a philosopher. Now, four years later, I wish I hadn't, because I can't find any joy whatsoever in this reality that most are unaware even exists. I find that people are so naiive or so far gone in denial, that they would deny the fact that they are, in essence, slaves! People say that they can do as they please, and might even have led themselves to believe it, but they can't. Everybody is just SO into their own "needs," that they can't bring themselves to consider others. On top of that, they blame their mistakes carelessly! People would go so far, as to say that it is not their fault that the "stability" that we have now isn't too stable. When they refuse to so much as educate themselves on what the problems are!

BTW: I will add more to this through the edit option, but I really have to go right now...

Finally! Someone else agrees with me that every day is exactly the same!

All everybody ever wants to do is sit in their houses and be all fucking agoraphobic or go to school or something useless like that. That's dumb. People don't have any money and don't want to go anywhere. I offered to fucking pay for you, take my favor or I'll kick your ass. You still don't want it, huh? Well, some fucking friend you are. I can't believe I put up with your shit to begin with.

Which reality would that be? Seriously, though, I want to know what you are actually thinking here. I don't know a single person who hasn't gotten up one day and said, 'This shit again???' Your situation may be different, though, since you're pretty young. It's unfortunate when people two years into a degree realise that they don't want to do what they're studying for. You could count yourself lucky that you're experiencing this crisis now, although you probably won't agree with me at this point.

I don't follow. At one point you're saying that people are slaves, and now you're saying that their lives aren't stable enough? I suppose you could call a lot of people slaves, but perhaps those people also have something that they find valuable, like a steady paycheck, or an investment into the future.

Probably because you're either lazy, boring or too young to change anything.

 You're certainly no philosopher, cheese.

Maybe you will understand when you get older... but I don't see how you could possibly grasp it at your age. When you grow up you have to do certain things that you might not like, for instance working. But you do these things so you are able to pursue your interests; for instance, working gives me the ability to provide for my family and gives us the money with which we afford our lifestyle, and all the little things that come with it. I don't particularly like getting up early every morning for work, and I would certainly rather living a care free life with no responsibilities, but it's just not going to happen. Going to work allows us to have a home, car, cable, go on vacations, etc - the things you probably take for granted at 15.

What you call “being a slave” I call maturity, and taking responsibility. People may look like slaves at your age, but you know nothing of life yet. You have no responsibilities.

Are you babbling, or is that just poor English?

So you claim that "people are slaves" and "everyday is the same" yet now you're saying there is no stability? You contradict yourself, and seem to have no understand of what you're talking about.

My age accounts for nothing; it would not matter if I were 76, 54, etc... However, time, dedication, an open mind, confidence, and ability to succeed do. Even though I'm with my youth, I am a philosopher, and carry all of the traits to be one; I am skeptical to a degree, I am true to myself, I seek answers, I dedicate time into the finding of answers. (time to me is about 24 hrs out of the weekly 168 hrs)

As for that little bit about contradicting myself, you must first understand to what people are slaves to, what I mean by stability, and possibly what I mean by every day is the same. Many on Earth are slaves to their mental youth/naiiveness (if that's a word.) People cannot bring themselves to term with the harsh reality that is the truth. Before I start with the stability part, you must understand that it is quite off topic. (I skip around assuming that people will make the large connection that I expect them to.)The stability, to which I refer, is the little puzzle piece that the eternally youthful allow themselves to grasp. This "stability puzzle piece," is not enough to effect the whole puzzle significantly. But, it is in a constantly shifting state, because the majority who see only it, pollute it without an end. This stability is the stability of the small problems of the world; the beggers, drunkards, etc...
Every day is exactly the same in that nothing significant to our whole picture never happens. (The whole picture of everything is beyond comprehension, therefore the OUR, before "whole picture.") Everybody does exactly the same thing as they did yesterday, not giving a thought to what might be/what is.

Jung, your second paragraph's assumption about me is completely off... I understand that people must work, in fact, I have a p/t job right now. The value of a dollar is burned in my mind. What you call "maturity," is not what I meant by slavery. And I do NOT take the common things for granted. Matter of fact, I walk any distance under half a mile, I do not live a care-free life with no responsibilities, I greatly appreciate any vacation opportunity that is given to me, I am courteous to all that know me, and I rent my room from my mom, all that I might not forget what is given to me.

P.S.
Are you babbling, or is that just poor English?

P.P.S. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA :ROTFLMAO: You changed your post when you read mine! Therefore I know, that you read my side of things... Heeheehee, anything to say Jung? But how did you manage to keep your post from saying that you edited it? DID YOU HAXOR WTF.COM!? Or is this just another case of mod powers?

What Jung was elluding too was, that while free from typo's, your sentence is uncomprehensible. The meaning could have been lost in translation, I suppose; if Babble was the language of Babylon.

Bullshit. Someone who has experienced so little of life can't honestly claim to understand it, much less see the "bigger picture" as you put it. I'm sure you think all this is profound, and that's super awesome, I'm just saying I don't think you understand as much as you think you do. I'm not trying to be condescending though; I thought I knew everything at your age too, and only when I grew up did I realize how foolish I was at that age. Point being, you might understand a lot for a 15 year old, but that's not saying much.

Also, I don't buy into your philosophy, 15 or not.
What the fuck are you talking about? I haven't read this thread since I posted that at 3PM.

Also, why did you repeat, verbatim, what I said? Your sentence made no logical, or grammatical, sense - the sentence of mine you quoted, and applied my words to, made perfect sense.

You know, sometimes I think you try real hard to sound smart.

Verbatim? Oh, and your sentence had a grammar mistake until you EDITED IT, and used your godly mod powers to erase the evidence.

I posted "Are you babbling, or is that just poor English?" at 3PM today, you posted the same thing at 1AM tonight, hence repeating my words verbatim. Also, I didn't edit my post, and I don't even know what sentence you're talking about. I didn't even come back into this thread until after you posted the last time. Pay attention.

I don't claim to understand life... Actually, I know so little about what life has to offer that my claims of "every day is exactly the same," should seem ridiculous.

Wait until you get a full-time job.

From there, it's all work and no play. Work a shitty job only to go home, eat, sleep, then do the exact same thing 5-6 days a week, until you're 65.:happysad:

When I read this post I was reminded of a time that I was discovering what words like wisdom actually meant. I’m the type of person that does not have too much pride to learn such a simple word(or not so simple but used so loosly). My sister laughed at me when I told her that I felt like I was a wise person at the ripe old age of 17. She said, "You can never know your wise ryan." I’m older now and well all I can say is -man was she right.
