Is it me or has anyone ever wondered the background of the so called experts put on tv especially new shows wether it's ABC, NBC,BBC,CNN, or some other. Especially with how things are in the last year I always wonder just who these people are that tell me where I should buy a home, or get myself out of debt, or how/ where to invest my money, who or how to date & so on I mean really who are these people. I happen to be fortunate & not in debt but I wonder about these people who are interview telling others how to get out of debt or live debt free I mean if their experts then they should be debt free but I'm sure like most americans many aren't debt free even if that debt is just a mortgage that's still debt even if it's not frowned on as much as say credit debt. It just seems to me that these people should have to fully disclose why their so called experts know what their talking about & not hypicrits. Is it only me that finds it mind numbing that joe smoe is telling you what to do.
I mean take Dr. Phil ok he's a Doctor & shrink or whatever yet he's suppose to be an expert on apparently everything like love, marrage, behavior, children, and more yet he has shown many times in various ways bad behavior, poor judgement, is divorced at least once if not more then that, and thus not exactly an expert on love or family if he doesnt have a perfect family or love life either. Am I wrong? Obviously I know noone is perfect & no marriage is but again these people are suppose to be experts in their fields and so when it comes to their fields at least they better be pretty well perfect there at least right?
