For me, 2 years ago in my previous house, i happened to open my closet late one night at about 1am. I haven been using the closet for a really long time and i dont know why but i just sense something so wrong with the closet that i have to open it. Then this gust of wind blow across my face and my entire room just go crazy. I could sense many things around the room. I dont know how to describe it but it just feels that something invisible was out of the closet and around in my room. I was pretty scared but i did not want to scare my family and so i actually left the entire closet open for the whole night and slept with the light on.
My another experience was during a visit to a monk's house. Me and my sis were touring around in a particular room which is showed around by this monk's disciple. He showed us around the room and pointed out a specific statue whom he claimed was abandoned to him by someone. He told us that the first night this statue was in his room, he actually semi- witnessed a girl outside his room when only him and the monk lived in the house. Right after his story, he opened the transparent cardboard, wanting to show us a clearer view of it. Just when he opened it, a gust of wind blew across our face! After these 2 incidents, i am pretty sure that the reason why many ghost movie have this 'gust of wind' thingy is because of such incidents felt by people on the supernatural activity.
the thing is how would you explain a chilling gust of wind that came out of a closet? note that it is opened gently
