Hi there. Assuming that you have been to one, does anyone know the secret to the moist cake recipes? (Besides steaming) Bakeries such as Taipan... ^_^ I'm baking a cake for my Mom's birthday and I've been wondering if there's a recipe for cake like they have in Asian bakeries.
