when we compare the patterns of WTF and ITF, ITF patterns seem more powerfull and practical. its sine wave and breating also make it more attractive, which is not the case in WTF. When we compare thier sparring rules, ITF give point to every kind of kick provided it is on allowed area but WTF Denies point to some kicks for example side kick which is one of the most powerfull kicks doesn have point in WTF. in addition most points in WTF are scored by round house kick (Tolio Chagi) but in street fighting this kick is not as such effective.on the otherhand, ITF allow punching to the head but not WTF which makes WTf practiotioners to forget to use their hand in other instances.
