Event Timer??

I have two units on our system. One is a 3100 and the other is a 4100.
I like to use the event timers on both units. But recently, they have both stopped working.
It will register a program as being set up. But it won't change the channel.
Am I missing something here?

Try reseting them. Push and hold the power button on the front of the receiver until it reboots (about 10 seconds).
