So she takes drugs. So what?

so she's not just some wayward 25 year old blonde from Wisconsin who also needs help but who is thrown in some jail somewhere, only to be released and then returned to the streets, and then lands back in jail again.....
The U.S. legal system is very questionable.
(and for the hundredth time I am not Canadian. Was born, raised and educated in the United States (working on Masters). Yahoo notified but have not made the change. Don't really care.
