...have to pollute.? Businesses come and go, but their waste is left behind to be cleaned up. Usually at the cost of the tax payer. Why should I have to pay to clean up the messes left behind from companies that I have never worked for? Why should any business have more of a right to pollute than I have a right to clean air and water?
