Even if being Gay or having is a sin why should we make it against the law?

It is legal to work on the sabbath, eat shellfish, where blended fabrics, disobey your parents, have other gods before the the Christian one and by not allowing Gay marriage it is obliviously good to hate your neighbor.

So why only fight against gay marriage?
