Even doctors can't agree!!! HELP

:wave: Hi everyone,

I am new here and I'm really hoping that this forum will finally solve my problem.
For 4 years I have been suffering from freaky breakouts of red spots with small white heaRAB. Every time it starts behind my ears, goes down to my neck and enRAB up all over my neck, shoulders, chin and forehead. It disfigures me...
The weird thing about it is that it happens when I have been outside in the warm. Not necessarily exposed to the sun, but when I have been warm. The breakout will start the same evening, get worse overnight and clear up only after 4-6 days...
Some doctors say it's acne, some say it's not. I have tried everything and the only thing that works is antibiotics, but docs won't prescribe it because my breakouts are not frequent enough. I am getting married in June next year and I am petrified...
Has anyone heard of this??
 
Honestly it doesn't really sound like acne, so I have to wonder if acutane would help. Have you tried something like cortizone cream yet? It could be more of an allergic reaction to something or a problem with hair folicles.

Hehe, and I agree. Doctors (the non-specialized ones anyways) don't know much. They're just the tool we use to try and find ways to be healthier. Their primary job is to give us pills, etc. to make us feel less pain, not to solve the problem. Sad, but true.
