Evdo transfer limits?

I know the service is advertised as unlimited but in the 7 days I've had it, I'm at 4.4 gigs of transfer. So I'm wondering if there is a hidden cap on transfer per month. The TOS has no mention of limits, just prohibited uses but I know lots of other companies have transfer limits on their "unlimited" services. Just wondering...

No but the rest of us with PDA phones, downloading everymonth, will ruin for everyone. It would be easier to resrict foriegn ESN's than to monitor usage, and boot users who use to much. Plus the bad publicity associated with that.

what's wrong with the billing system? the most serious error i have ever seen is a $5 credit not being applied for multiple lines?!?! any other problems with billing are usually related with customers changing the plan too much and not understanding how proration works.

The billing system is an antique to say the least, terminal based and its almost impossible to read a bill correctly without at least 1+ years experience in HO (Crickets POS System)

You're right Simple3, most of the problems are self induced. But we've had quite a few folks coming in to pay bills this month that are messed up. We call the support line and get "that's what they owe". These are folks that pay their bill in our store every month on time. We've also had a lady's bill that CID and QPay showed she owed $0, called support they said she owed $0, and her phones were turned off. It's been a rough month and I guess I'm just venting.

all disconnected accounts have $0 balance! if the account is not disconnected but hotlined, there are a few other reasons besides non payment for that. Checks returned NSF, or Credit card Chargebacks will suspend the account, but will not add back to the balance right away. there are other reasons an account can go to HL status, but non-payment is the most common.

HURRAY FOR ME!!! This is my 1000th post!!!
