I'm trying to teach a recipe to a friend from Israel, but she doesn't know the brand I use in my country (Carnation) and she doesn't even know evaporated milk. I'm pretty sure she must know it (because that type of milk is very common), but under a different name and a different brand.
Can anyone please tell me how is evaporated milk known in Israel and/or if you know any evaporated milk brands there?
