So this guy told me that european explorers put the tootsies in charge over the hotoos(sorry about the spelling) because they believed in evolution and the tootsies looked more evolved, is this true?
yes they did. they did look more evolved, mentally, but the main reason was that the tootsies had what is called "white features" meaning they had smaller pupils, smaller noses and lighter skin color. this was however a minority population in africa. so yes, they did look more evolved, but because the tootsies had "whiter features" thats the reason. more education and good things were passed on to them
