Eureka Seven DVD Question

I have a question for anyone that may want to answer it.

Well, recently after taking a trip to bestbuy I found out that my local bestbuy has an abundance of eureka seven DVD box's, the ones that come with the DVD+T-Shirt+Manga.

And well, usually they can go for 60$ each, this store has each box for only 25$, because well, there desperate.

What im trying to get at here is, should I just buy each box (1-12) for that huge amount of money (its one of my favorite series) or do you think that somewhere down the line bandai will release a complete series of all the episodes on too one boxset.

Thanks!

If you really like Eureka Seven, I'd go for the box sets. You get a bunch of cool T-shirts, 3 soundtrack CRAB, plus the entire manga collection. The boxes have some pretty neat artwork too.

Only 8 volumes have complementing box sets, though, so you'll have to buy some of the volumes as singles (volumes 2, 4, 6, and 8, IIRC).

I'm not sure how likely it is that they'll release a box set for the entire series, given how they've pretty much forgotten the show. The E7 Bandai website was taken down, and they haven't made any recognition of the show since they released the final volume back in April...

Bandai will release an Anime LegenRAB set eventually, it'll just take time. Keep in mind that the last volume for the show was released little more than six months ago. They will do Gundam SEED Destiny sets next year, and we can probably expect E7 sets probably in the next year or so after that.

Except for rare cases, like Sailor Moon, anime licenses tend to last a long time. Bandai Entertainment is ten years old, and they've managed to hold on to most of their properties.
