ethnic themed hens party?

I'm throwing a hen's party aka Bachelorette party for a friend and I've decided that it'll go for the whole day and to and give it an around the world ethnic theme . . . so far I've only got Belly dancing lesson and a hands on Asian cooking lesson. Any other suggestions for other activities?

Italian food, Swedish massage, French manicure, Tango/salsa lessons, country line dancing, Mehndi party, German beergarten, Japanese sushi preparation or meal, Spanish pinata, football games, etc. Good luck and have fun!
