This essay assks you to analyze a print advertisement (for a product; election material; a public service announcement; to elicit a donation) of your own choosing and to apply the principles discussed in the Ann Tyler reading, " shaping Belief: The Role of audience in visual communication" and in the lectures coveering Tylers ideas.
The goal of this assignement is to get you to think about the role the audience plays in the creation of meaning in graphic design.
When coming up with a design, the designer does not create in isloation but considers how his or her design will be percieved by the public-so the correct message comes across, but also so that the message communicated in a clever, effective, and memorable way: it motivates spectators to buy, vote, donate, act( for example, to begin recycling), or it changes their beliefs. Or, if the audience doesnt act ( for example, would never have the means to buy a luxury car) the desgin is memorable for being well conceieved and executed.
NOW MY QUESTION is
I want to write about Lamborghini Cars, but I dont know if its a good choice because I need a print ad. Im pretty sure I can find one online but I think I could write about something easier for example Nikes shoes ad
