I have a Metro PCS Samsung Freeform R350 and I installed the New PC Studio CD that came with the phone and when I installed both the program and the usb driver, my computer didn't recognize my phone. I kept installing uninstalling reinstalling but nothing worked >.< I have no idea what to do.
