Error when flashing W385 Customer serv. upgrade

For some reason when I use RSD Lite v3.8 to flash the CKT_W385_02.22.10P......Customer_upgrade. I get a Failed flashing process error. The generic flash worked fine, is there something I'm doing wrong? Please help!
