error unlocking c72

hi i am getting folowing error while unlocking c72 with papua pls hlp Getting Codes from phone...
Getting Information:
Model: SIEMENS C72 19 lg4
Phone is in "Normal Mode" mode
IMEI: 357363004819190
SecurityStatus: CustomerMode
HWID: 5005
Accumulator Voltage: 3730 mV.
Error switching to mode BFB!
 
sir when i connect testpoint to groung it can't be switched on .what should i do.
 
hi finally i unlocked c72 with papua .actually i was doing it wrong way. the right way is to connect test point and in the flash tab option do ( carry out do the job ) when it saya pause 2 saconds we have to remove the test point.and all is ok.
