cannot continue.? I'm trying to install Adobe Photoshop CS4 on my computer. OS : Windows XP professional sp2.
each time I try, I received a message "Setup has encountered an error and cannot continue. Contact Adobe Customer Support for assistance."
I've tried everything I found on the web.
1. I waited for 10 secs then tried again. Still didn't work
2. I ran as an Administrator. but didn't solve my problem
3. I've tried open command prompt then typed : c:\windows\system32\regsvr32 jscript.dll . Then I hit the Enter button. and it said "DllRegisterServer in jscript.dll succeeded". but when I tried the setup again, IT STILL DIDN'T WORRRKKK...!!!!
Actually I had this problem 4 months ago but somehow I solved this problem and succeeded installing adobe photoshop cs4 on my computer. I forget what I did that time.
Yesterday I reinstalled my windows. Does this problem have something to do with reinstalling my windows?
And how can I solve this problem...??!!
