Error in Grabit?

Hi,

I am using Grabit on Vista and i get an error. Is says the following.

Error while selecting group: 480 authorication required. What does that mean and how do i fix it?
 
You need to look at the grabit guide thats sticky it tells you all about it, that means u havnt put the correct info in the properties or you have too many threads open

I read that guide but it didn't tell me how to get rid of the 480 error so i won't use grabit. I wanted something different. I been using torrents but out of no where the torrent clients freeze on me and i can't use eMule because that freezes or i would of tried to use eMule since i heard that is really good.
