cellular pumping
the swelling chest
constricting capillaries
litmus test
as sweet as sticky acid
twitching lids
and fluttered lips
timid and tame
left tense as it grips
throat filled with the feeling
pressure points punctured by silence
blood vein blues
bodies internal violence
whispering nostrils
hungry breathing
ravaged by longing
senses seething
